About
I am a licensed clinical psychologist dedicated to providing thoughtful, evidence-based care in a warm and collaborative environment.
My practice is grounded in the belief that meaningful change begins with understanding. Whether you are struggling with persistent anxiety, recurring patterns in relationships, the aftermath of trauma, or a significant life transition, we will move at a pace that feels right for you.
I hold a doctorate in Clinical Psychology and have spent over two decades helping individuals and couples navigate their most challenging moments. My approach integrates cognitive-behavioral, psychodynamic, and mindfulness-based techniques — tailored to your unique needs and goals.
Services
Evidence-based therapy tailored to your individual needs and goals.
Persistent worry, panic, or overwhelm can make daily life feel exhausting. Together we'll identify the roots of your anxiety and build practical tools for lasting relief.
Depression can make even simple tasks feel insurmountable. I provide a compassionate, nonjudgmental space to explore what's beneath the surface and rediscover motivation and joy.
Past trauma shapes how we see the world and relate to others. Using trauma-informed approaches, I help clients process painful experiences and reclaim a sense of safety and control.
Difficulties in relationships often reflect deeper patterns. Whether you're navigating conflict, communication breakdowns, or major transitions, I offer guidance for healthier connections.
Career changes, loss, retirement, or becoming a parent — transitions can upend even the most grounded lives. I help clients find meaning and direction during periods of uncertainty.
Grief has no timeline, and no wrong way to feel. I walk alongside clients through the process of loss — helping them honor what was lost while finding a path forward.
My Approach
I believe that healing happens in the context of a genuine, trusting relationship. My role is to listen deeply, challenge gently, and walk beside you as you discover your own strength.
We begin with a free phone consultation to discuss your concerns, answer your questions, and determine if we're a good fit.
In our first sessions, I gather a thorough understanding of your history, current challenges, and what you hope to achieve.
Using evidence-based techniques tailored to you, we work together toward meaningful, lasting change.
As progress emerges, we focus on building your self-awareness and coping skills so you feel empowered beyond therapy.

Please contact my office directly to discuss insurance participation, out-of-network benefits, and sliding-scale options. I am committed to making therapy accessible and will work with you to find the best arrangement.
Telehealth sessions are conducted via secure, HIPAA-compliant video and offer the same therapeutic quality as in-person meetings. They're ideal for those with scheduling constraints, transportation challenges, or who simply prefer the comfort of home. In-person sessions are available at my Tucson office.
The length of therapy varies depending on your goals and needs. Some clients find relief in 8–12 sessions, while others benefit from longer-term support. We'll discuss a plan at the outset and adjust as progress unfolds.
